This is the late Mr Hughes; former hotelier of the Belle Vue in upper Bangor.

1911 Census for the Belle Vue Hotel Upper Bangor - also stated that the Belle Vue consisted of 15 rooms (inc. kitchen but excluding bathrooms)




Appears to be Lloyd Hughes above the door.
