In Bangor I have seen more and more houses being purchased by firms renting out to students and buildings being converted to student flats. I have read the intention is to turn the former Old Glan pub into student accommodation. Do you feel there is too much student accommodation in Bangor. Does the size of the student population justify the increased student accommodation or has a point been reached where supply is outstripping demand. Do you feel companies buying buy to let properties for students is depriving locals of housing.
