Derek Davies (sadly deceased) used to live there & had lovely flower containers on his steps at the side. He loved living there until he was moved into the Llys Dylan bungalows MaesG, he also had a large aviary in the back with all sorts of birds, (Pat Ellis/Stephen Wynne Jones)
