In 1892 the North Wales Baptist College was welcomed to its new home at Caederwen, Bangor, its seventeen students being under the principalship of Gethin Davies.[1]

A substantial stone built house, Caederwen, near to University Hall, was acquired for residential purposes in 1903. [2]
