Rowland Roberts was a builder by trade, he died aged 65 on 22nd December 1861, at Britannia Street, Upper Bangor. Phoebe Roberts his wife aged 64 yrs died 7 years later, 1868.
The area was redeveloped and is now known just as Britannia Square. The original Britannia square came off Britannia Street to the top of the map (above the 'it' br"IT"annia street)
