Re MARGARET JANE ROBERTS, Deceased. Pursuant to the Trustee Act, 1925.
NOTICE is hereby given that all creditors and other persons having any debts claims or demands against the estate of Margaret Jane Roberts late of Nant-y-Gro, Garth Road, Bangor in the county of Caernarvon, formerly of Isfryn, Bangor aforesaid (Wife of Owen Madoc Roberts) who died on the 29th day of May 1939 and whose Will was proved in the Bangor District Probate Registry on the I7th day of July 1939 by the Midland Bank Executor and Trustee Company Limited are hereby required to send particulars in writing of their debts, claims or demands to us, the undersigned, the Solicitors for the said Company on or before the 5th day of October 1939 after which date ths said Company will proceed to distribute the assets of the said
deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the debts, claims and demands then notified and the said Company will not be liable for the assets of the said deceased or any part so distributed to any person or persons. of whose debts, claims and demands they shal1 not then have had notice.—Dated the 2gth day of July 1939.
