A parcel of Land known as Llwyn Ceinach

 

A 3-page indenture with plan dated 13th February 1884 between Frances Anna Hughes, Harriet Sydney Hughes, both of Brynyinenai, Bangor (spinsters) and William Edwards of the Station hotel, Bangor (hotel keeper). Lots of names mentioned. Has been folded and has one revenue stamp, two signatures with seal and a witness signature.
